What to do during the Coronavirus crisis?

In response to the government's new guidelines for limiting the spread of Coronavirus as much as possible, we're now only open for emergency cases.

Booking Protocol

In view of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis and because we are trying to operate with a skeleton staff, we have made the decision to reduce our Monday to Friday opening hours to 8.30am – 5pm, with Saturday remaining 9am-12.30pm as usual. This is to concentrate our efforts on those that need urgent or emergency treatment.

This means that at this time we will not be carrying out routine operations such as neutering, or routine appointments including nurse clinics and vaccinations, with the exception of:-

  • Puppy and kitten first and second vaccinations and the first year booster to complete the primary course.
  • Rabbit vaccinations, but only for those owners who do not fall into the at risk category i.e. over 70 or with underlying health issues.

Additionally any acupuncture appointments will only be available for those continuing treatment and their urgency will be assessed by Christabel.

If at all possible we would ask that you email us with any non urgent queries, which we will deal with as promptly as we can possibly can.  Thank you for your understanding and patience during this difficult time
