Repeat Prescriptions

Due to increasing pressures on the Team, we have re-thought our policy on collection of Prescription-only medicines.  

For wormers and flea treatments, you will be able to pick them up within 24 hours of ordering*. For all other prescription only medicines we kindly ask for 72 hours from time of ordering until collection. 

We will no longer be sending texts to let you know your medicines are ready - please assume (unless you hear otherwise) that they are. 

Please note that, due to space restrictions in our collection drawers, we will only hold any ordered medicines or food for two weeks before putting them back into stock. We would like to thank you for your understanding. 

*please allow for extra time when ordering over the weekend.
